From the mountanous Qalamoon province just north of Damascus, a dress of cotton poplin with stunning pointed sleeves related to the 'Malak' or queen's dress from Bethlehem. The plain body and skirt of the garment indicates that it was worn with a long coat (qumbaz) and that the heavily decorated wings fell from the coat's 3/4 length sleeves.
